Our team of experts are ready to share their experiences and insights with you, direct to your kitchen.
We look forward to welcoming you into our kitchens, tying on aprons, and cooking together. We’re offering simple interactive lessons to bring Italy-lovers together during this unprecedented time of social distancing. Our classes are geared toward home cooks like us and are open to all.
How to book a live online cooking class with us:
Scroll down where you’ll find a list of upcoming lessons;
Select the lesson you are interested in, and any relevant add-ons (such as additional screen participants);
Complete the ‘Your Information’ section, and pay for the session (we accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal);
Wait for your confirmation email which will include further information (such as a shopping list for the lesson) and of course the link invitation to join the lesson
Live online cooking classes are open for a maximum 25 screens per lesson to allow hands-on teaching and interaction during the lesson. We want to have time to answer all of your questions and spend time together cooking.
Should classes fill up quickly, we will do our best to schedule another session for participants on our waitlist.
Within 48 hours of submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation and an invitation to the lesson.
With the confirmation email we’ll send you a shopping list for the lesson and a list of kitchen tools that we’ll use during the lesson. Please don’t hesitate to ask us for substitutions if you can’t find an ingredient or don’t have a specific kitchen tool. We make substitutions in our kitchens every day!
We schedule our classes at various times, in the afternoon on weekdays and mornings on weekends. All starting times are listed in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Classes last 90 minutes and start promptly.
Lessons are held on the Zoom platform.

We booked a pasta-making class through Casa Mia Tours. Being a pastry chef myself, I have pretty high expectations for a cooking class and this experience met them all, and even exceeded some!Lisa AUSA
