Italian dolce: Tiramisu

Literally, “pick me up” tiramisu is one of Italy’s most beloved desserts. The worldwide craze for Italian tiramisu started with Tom Hanks in Nora Ephron’s 1993 rom-com “Sleepless in Seattle.” During our 90-minute live interactive tiramisu workshop, we will layer espresso-soaked ladyfingers with a mix of mascarpone, sugar and eggs. If time allows Eleonora will also demo a 2nd soft, creamy, rich tiramisu variation using fresh seasonal fruit: also perfect for kids!
