This capital of wine, white truffle and cheese is an ideal place to sample traditional Piemontese cuisine over lunch at a trattoria.
After lunch, guests continue exploring the towns, hills and villages that are home to Barbaresco, ending the day with a vineyard visit and wine tasting at a hand-selected vineyard.
