Led by a local expert chef, this intimate class offers a wonderful introduction to the region’s food culture while giving you the flexibility to tailor the experience to your interests.

You’ll work alongside the chef to prepare the meal from scratch, learning techniques and stories that have been passed down through generations. Once the cooking is complete, sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor alongside local wine and conversation. The menu and focus can be adapted to suit your culinary interests, dietary preferences, and desired level of hands-on participation.

Casa Mia far exceeded our expectations. They immediately responded to our questions and set up everything perfectly. When the tours were over, we all felt we were saying goodbye to old friends. We highly recommend them and definitely plan to use them for our future trips to Italy.
