Our Piemonte cheese lovers tour starts in Bra with a visit to a world-famous cheese affinage lab, followed by entering the magical aging cellar, and perusing the on-site museum area which features a private collection of traditional cheese making tools and paraphernalia.
In the special tasting room adjacent to the cheesemonger’s shop, guests may have the rare opportunity to meet their celebrity host, and sit for a guided tasting of cheeses that are representative of the Piemonte region’s rich heritage.
