Michelle and Jay are a husband and wife film, photography and media team with a passion for telling authentic stories about people, culture and food. Michelle and Jay started their media and marketing company the Cavallaro Group in 1992 and have worked with the BBC, the History Channel, PBS, House Beautiful and Wine Spectator. They're currently living in the Mount Etna region of Sicily where they are working on a photography book.
