Where to eat in Rome during the holidays

Worried that the Eternal City will shut down during the holidays? Or that it will be impossible to find a table? Au contraire, fine meals can be had in Rome during the holiday season.

Natale is in the air: twinkling lights, ornaments and decorations, Christmas markets, low temperatures and icy window panes. Most restaurants in Rome do stay open for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years’ Eve. Options for quality and price do vary. Some venues furthermore offer only prix fixe tasting menus on select holiday dates. But not to worry, we have you covered.
