#whatscooking 2023

We can hardly believe it, but we are in year three of offering our #whatscooking online interactive cooking classes! How is that even possible! But we are back, baby! And excited to see you all. April 2022 was our last batch of online classes and we have missed you so. In person travel has returned with abundance, but we hold our online community in a special place. We look forward to cooking and tasting with you over the next couple of months. Thank you for your continued interest in what we are providing.

It is with great happiness that we offer the following online #whatscooking courses for this winter and spring. Summer has proven to be hard to offer online courses as people are out enjoying the sun and sand. We completely understand! Thus we will take the summer off and if there continues to be a desire from you all in the fall and winter, we will return!

natural wine tasting for #whatscooking 2023

Our February Wine & Cheese pairing lesson will focus on our favorite natural wines. We will introduce the concept of “low-intervention” wine, or “naked” wine, or “raw” wine, tasting 3 wines paired with 3 cheeses made in different styles and with an assortment of milk types. Pairing lessons are taught in tandem by Eleonora, our resident cheese expert, and Gina, our natural wine lover. Both will share more of their Italian wine and cheese adventures. Sign up here!
