Given the success of our small group weekly Neighborhood Explorations we’re now offering cooking experiences for small groups during the month of October. Join us for a cooking class in Rome!
The day starts with a visit to one of Rome’s most authentic food markets where seasonal vegetables, fruit, cheese and other delicacies are bought for the lesson. After a coffee and a short walk to the kitchen, we snack on appetizers with a glass of wine and roll up our sleeves for a hands-on day of fun. Pick fresh herbs from our cook’s plants before learning how to mix, roll and shape pasta dough and pastry dough.
Our small group cooking adventures are for up to 10 people and are availiable on Friday October 13 and Friday October 20th running from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. During our lesson you’ll make and enjoy appetizers, fresh made pasta, seasonal vegetables and a dessert.
